Effective date: 22 July 2026
Tell us immediately when plans change; delay can increase penalties or remove an available cancellation option.
Customer-requested cancellation
A cancellation must be requested through an official company channel and becomes effective when acknowledged. An unread message or informal discussion does not cancel a confirmed service.
Charges and remaining balance
Charges depend on the booking date, travel date, fare or rate type, supplier rules and work already performed.
No-show and late arrival
Failure to check in, arrive, submit documents or use a service on time may be treated as a no-show and can result in loss of the booking value or remaining sectors.
Visa refusal or delay
Visa refusal, delayed processing or changed entry rules do not automatically make tickets, hotels, insurance, tours or service fees refundable.
Supplier cancellation or schedule change
Where a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, we communicate the options the supplier makes available, such as rebooking, credit or refund.
Name, date and itinerary changes
Changes are subject to availability, supplier approval, fare difference and service charges. Some changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
Groups and packages
Group, Umrah and tour packages may use shared inventory and supplier commitments, making deposits or components non-refundable after stated deadlines.
