A confirmed booking is governed by these terms, the written quotation or invoice and the applicable supplier rules.
Acceptance and authority
By requesting or confirming a service, you accept these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for every traveler included in the request.
Prices and availability
Fares, rooms, exchange rates, taxes, visa fees and supplier charges may change until payment and written confirmation. A preliminary itinerary or payment request is not a final confirmation.
Traveler responsibilities
Check names, dates, routes, passport details, baggage, hotels, visa category and all booking details before confirmation.
- Names must match the travel document exactly.
- Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, health requirements and entry or transit rules.
- Complete and accurate documents must be supplied on time.
Third-party suppliers
Airlines, hotels, embassies, visa centres, insurers, transporters and tour operators provide many arranged services. Their own conditions and decisions also apply.
Visa and immigration decisions
Guidance or document support does not guarantee visa issuance, entry, transit, boarding or approval. Final decisions remain with the relevant authority or supplier.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, written booking terms and supplier rules. Service fees and consumed services may be non-refundable.
Events outside reasonable control
Weather, strikes, technical failures, public-health measures, government action, conflict or border restrictions may affect services. Available supplier remedies will apply.
Complaints and liability
Report a problem promptly with the invoice or booking reference and evidence. Nothing excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
